If you're here, that means you want me to bring one of your ideas to life with my art style uniquely for you.
It truly means the world that you chose me for your future artistic project, so here's a rundown of how my commission process works:

Step 1:
Filling the Request

Fill the request form found in one of my commission platforms available: Artistree or VGen. If you're not familiar with the platforms, send the form available in Services.

Step 2:
Discussing the commission

I will reach you out in your preferred communication method to discuss the details. Artistree & VGen have their own integrated chat services, but in case you want a more direct approach, you can contact me with the following options during my working hours:

Step 3:
paying the commission

Once I get the green flag to start, you need to proceed with your 100% payment upfront through the selected platform.In the scenario of not using any, I will forward you an Artistree invoice powered by PayPal. I use that system in particular because it guarantees a 100% to the artist by adding a flat processing fee to the final price.NOTE: If Privacy fee is needed, I am not streaming or posting any WIPs in any social media. If in some capacity, I leak your commission in an proven, intended way, you get a 70% discount.

Step 4:
During the commission work

I will send you how the commission is going ("Work in progress" or WIPs) three times a week to review if everything is satisfactory.If you require major changes, you'll be charged $15 per change.
A major change implies drastic changes that are completely different from the original idea.
There are no major changes allowed when the final version is completed; you will need to create a new commission request for another idea.

Step 5:

Commission is done!

Once the commission is completed you will get the files through the selected platform in a compressed file.

⛓️ | GENERAL TERMS:

➥ I own the commercial rights of my illustrations: I can use them on my social media, use it as merchandise, etc. However, you may purchase their commercial rights if needed.
➥ If you re-post my illustrations, make sure of giving me credit for it & not claim it as yours.
➥ My commissions are for personal use ONLY (like using it as icons/avatars for social media, using as backgrounds for your PC/phone, as gifts to someone else). The artworks will have my signature in a subtle way.
➥ I am a human artist & I might not be perfect but using my art in blockchain/AI technologies is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
➥ If you need me to work in your commission right away, you must pay the rushed fee which it depends on the time (the sooner, the higher will be the price, starting on $20).
➥ If you want me to keep the commission a secret, you need to pay a Privacy fee ($20).
➥ Canvas size for my regular artworks is 5000x3500 & for my emotes is 500x500.
➥ I reserve the right of declining/cancelling your order if I don’t feel comfortable doing it or you have been proved troublesome in any way.
➥ I will communicate you immediately if any IRL event happens that would make me stop working on your commission.
➥ You can apply for discounts if you are subscribed to my Twitch channel and joined my Patreon page!

⛓️ | WHAT I CAN/CANNOT DRAW:

⛓️ | COMMERCIAL RIGHTS POLICIES:

➥ By purchasing the commercial rights, you are allowed to use my art for profit-generating activities.
• If the artwork will be used as game assets, business cards, thumbnails, or any promotional material the prices is going to be multiplied x2.5 (i.e.: If a Portrait is $40 & is commissioned for a business card, the total price will be $100).
• When the artwork is used as merchandise or reproduced in large amounts, the price is going to be multiplied x3.5 (i.e.: If a Portrait is $40 & is commissioned for Posters, the total price is $140).➥ Keep in mind that once the commercial rights are purchased, I can no longer make profit with said artwork, so protect said intellectual property wisely!

⛓️ | REFUND POLICIES:

➥ It is worth mentioning that PayPal fees are a thing, so keep that in mind for all types of refunds.
➥ In case you need to cancel the commission, you must do it after checking the final sketch work in progress for a 100% refund.
➥ If I already started the Line work of the illustration & you need to cancel, I’ll send the sketch & a 50% refund.
➥ There are no refunds after I send the final version of the commission.
➥ If a commissioner asks for commissions but end always cancelling them, will get blacklisted, with no hesitations.

⛓️ | COMMUNICATION POLICIES:

➥ Any disrespectful/hateful/abusive messages that I receive from a commissioner will have their commission cancelled with no refunds. Maybe that will teach some manners.
➥ If you would like a WIP before my next update, feel free to ask.
➥ When we discuss about all the details in every revision, don’t be shy in explaining or showing me references, also, be patient with me if I ask a lot, English is not my native language & I want to understand as best as I can what you want.
➥ You can give me feedback after you received your commission using this form. It’s completely optional & if you want to do it anonymously, you can send it here.
